CONSTRUCTION

Conductor: Finely stranded annealed copper to ASTM B3-01, ASTM B33-00 and IEC 60228. Significantly exceeds IEEE-1580 Table 11 (Available in plain or tinned)

Insulation: LSFLEX R-30, Cross-linked, Polyolefinic, Thermoset, Flame Retardant, Low Smoke, Zero Halogen (LSF to IEEE-1580) (HF-90 to IEC 60092-351) Includes ripcord on 10mm² and larger

Assembly: Three Circuit Conductors and Three Ground Wires cabled with filler as required

Bedding Tape: Polypropylene or Polyester

Braid: Tinned Copper Wire Braid (90%) with Aluminum/Polyester Tape (100%)

Ripcord: High strength ripcord under jacket

Jacket: LSFLEX S-50, Flame Retardant, Low Smoke, Zero Halogen (TPO/TPPO to IEEE-1580) (SHF-1 to IEC 60092-359) Splash resistant to oil, skydrol, gasoline, acid, sea water. Resists ozone and UV. Pressure extruded (without fillers)
